Billabong Hostel - Phnom Penh

This hotel offers great value for money with lovely spacious rooms that are clean and modern. The attention to detail is evident, with well-functioning air conditioning, a fridge, kettle, and safe in the rooms. The location is close to the bustling Central Market, making it convenient for trying local food and souvenir shopping. The hotel also provides a relaxing escape from the city with a pool area and restaurant, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the killing fields and s21.

All in all, this hotel was okay.

The staff was Really friendly and helpful. Service was Great. They arranged everything we needed, including tours and travel to/from Siam Reap and Vietnam. The food was Really good & breakfast is not only included it is also available until 9 pm. If I return to Phnom Phen, I will Definitely stay @ the Billabong again :-)

Its within walking distance of sorya shopping centre, accessible to everything. Only 10 minutes on foot from PP railroad station...

The beds in my room were very spacious and comfortable, plus there are fantastic tourist attractions like the Sorya Shopping Centre nearby, not to mention the great dining option at Romdeng just a short walk away!

Did not get the room we booked

Jenny and her staff were very pleasant and helpful.....A very nice swimming pool with good breakfast at poolside available all day. Wifi in all areas was very good and there was a PC available in the lobby for those with no computers or wireless phones. Rooms, beds were clean and comfortable with good TV and fridge. Liked the long bench in room to put things on. Nice location and not noisy but 5 minutes walk for large shopping store and the Central Market ! Ideal for families with a policy of not bringing persons back to room unless registered at time of arrival.

Nothing really but water a little slow in dispersing from sink and shower area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the city center. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean rooms that had air conditioning and were cleaned every day. The staff provided excellent service and were always eager to help. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area away from noisy streets. Additionally, the value for money was great, with affordable prices and breakfast included. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the reliable WiFi.

All was fine during my stay at this hotel.

This really was a disappointment after reading reviews. There are much better options in Phnom Penh.

Awesome,attentive staff, big rooms and pool, good menu and breakfast included,it really is an oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh,staff made it a fantastic place to be.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, hot showers. Pool and food were highlights. Helpful staff offered various services, like laundry and transport. Great stay! 👍

Good wi-fi, swimming pool

It's wet in the bathroom after you took a shower, though it was not a problem for us.

relaxed and friendly environment not impersonal like the large hotels. Great for kids to play in pool

The service was excellent. We were travelling to siem reap and they booked the bus for us, made it very easy for us! Love the salt water pool and great food! I would definetly recommend this place to friends!
